Our favourite choice is to take this with water in the morning before breakfast. If you are lacking in iron you will probably feel a 'lift' in a few days.  Iron is an essential mineral for carrying oxygen around your body, helping maintain energy, normal cognitive function and a healthy immune system. Helps to alkalise your body, reducing the effect of the acidity increase in your body due to poor diet and stress. Our experience says it can keeps colds at bay.
